Share your bike story with us! ;D p.s. This is a Christian msg-board so the choice: "oops, I am the thief" didn't make it here

COLLEGE STATION, TX (Reuteer).- Originally conceived to be a train station, the city had witnessed the growth of several non-university related businesses and along came bike robbery. C.S committed the mistake of parking his bike overnight outside his two story apartment complex to realize next day he had become one more cold statistical number. He remembered laughing at A.L. when he got his bike stolen on campus overnight. "Apparently thieves love caffeine" he regretted bitterly advocating a pull out of dark drinks. A.R. defied odds: two bikes in two months were stolen from him. After his first bike was stolen he was advised to buy a used and not-too-nice one because it seemed that thieves only liked good and cool stuff not the cheap ones. Sadly, he learnt that thieves can make profit even out of trash too. Sad, sad, sad. Perhaps the police should act more decisively in this issue and get the thieves. Engraving seems to be only a disuasive strategy but may not stop the problem in a long term. E.G., a international student recently arrived to town was asked if he liked the city. He may had changed his mind after learning all these stories. At the end, take it to its advantage: walking is healthy too. p.s. All the names here were from international students who feared revealing themselves and in doing so, losing his funding...
